When I first heard about the antivaccination lobby I thought it was some kind of weird intertubes joke. I mean, they were just playing, some kind of "save the whales and polio" joke, right? Right?
Wrong. They are dead serious.
And now it seems Donald Trump and Jenny McCarthy have joined the fray, claiming that vaccines cause autism.
A claim that has been shown to be incorrect.
A super hero team of paranoid new age scam artist homeopathy "remedy" selling pricks, the crappiest hair on tv and an mtv hasbeen, and they cannot even come up with some new meritless claim? What the fuck?
Sorry for ranting, the whole thing just gets me riled up.
And now back to the regular stuff, paper geese, smapples etc. | |

I'd like to know the numbers of autism cases in non-western countries that don't purchase vaccines from western countries.
And, although I don't know alot about the issue, I HAVE seen alot of parents on autism message boards claiming their child's autism symptoms didn't show up until after the 3rd shot.
I'm not supporting either side of this argument, but to paint the thing as completely paranoid or completely the fault of the vaccine seem equally dangerous.

congrats on turning this checkout into a tabloid checkout mentioning the likes of donald trump. LOL, well, what can i say? i enjoy passing the time while waiting... yet, i've gone to a trump seminar! once in portland, for free, and it wasn't even him LOL but that's besides the point. point is, if u think u need a vaccine, use one. i don't think you do, i don't think anyone does at the core, though obviously they should certainly take it if it'll save their lives. now, that's a problem with vaccines. do i anticipate an illness and do i insert some or said illness into in preperation? if you believe yes, and you believe yes it'll help you stay healthy, than take the fucking thing and shut the fuck up for the love of christ and all that is holy. i swear these fucking vaccines are worse than pills. personally, i think the body is healthy at the start, and u need only not MAKE urself sick. i believe this, and that's my prerogative, as naive as any one person may believe. i like it, and it's works wonders.... literally  nah, i'm just saying... me? i don't take them, any of them, because i don't believe i need them to stay healthy. i have faith and trust in my body in that it will remain in stable condition for as long as i need it. that's a far cry from many people's beliefs. but many people are sick. and you fucking wonder why. amazing.

oh and btw... inserting biologically, scientifically, chemically altered substances into your body for repeated attempts to cure, ward, or otherwise fool your body WILL eventually cause noticeable side effects. i won't say what those are, or even that they'll be degrading to the health of the body, because that's not always the case. but your body will respond in kind to what you insert into it, and will act according to its instructions. but the instructions don't ACTUALLY come from the chemical substance of the pill, for example. the instructions the body follows, are the instructions of the mind.

i don't want anyone to think i want to starve the people who are in need of cures and vaccines the medicine they may believe they need. i don't. if they are in a position where they need it to survive, or i needed it to survive, i would take it. i'm saying that the people of the polio generation knew the circumstances of their experiences and the whole thing could have been prevented without the use of vaccines in the first place. i'm saying that the people of the plauge (london), katrina, any epidemic or disaster or genocide, knew of the circumstances of their experiences. do the gorillas of the forests know the consequences of our actions, or the (polar) bears know of the consequences in the seas? yes, they do. more-so than we do, it seems. yet, i know of them, and so do you. i'm saying that everyone, at some level, knows the consequences of their creative actions, collectively and individually, upon and towards and of their home plane(t). now, it's true that we discard most of this information, physically, as meaningless, or impossible to comprehend, if not random trash. but it's not, it's valueable and necessary. much more necessary than war. and much more preventitive than any vaccine. i expect the people of a generation 100 years from now will know that we knew all along, and will know that they know. and understand the need for responsible application of their creative energy, manifest in physical or any other terms or existences.
we've come so close to ending our civilization here enough times. it's not scary to me, it's sad. but i remain hopeful for our future, in regard to health and human advancement and cooperation, so we can end this chapter on a high note - musically speaking...

Not to be a jerk (alright, too late for that, I am a jerk) but you're starting to sound like Jenna Elfman when she called AIDS "a state of mind". Do people in iceland, sweden, canada, australia and japan have healthier state of minds than people from bolivia, kenya, the us, mexico, great britain and so on? Because their life expectancy is higher.
"Illness" is not some ethereal cosmic force, symptoms have causes. I find your statements to be incredibly offensive and a slap to the face of everyone battling illness. But hey, you have every right to your own opinions.

i apologize for the connotations brought on by the usage of the word "sick." i do not mean to imply it is a level of fulfilment. not in the least. i am saying that if they're are physical limitations in your experience, individually or en masse, those limitations can be removed IF NECESSARY. however, the path to one's own fulfilment can lay in ANY and ALL directions (in fact, i go beyond any elf to say that all directions and probabilities are active and alive without space or time and yet simultaneously and vividly once concentrated upon. consciousness is never "sick." it knows this. "sick" is an illusion, but so isn't the laptop i am typing on. i'm not a half-nut, i'm a full-nut.
i also don't mean to connote that since this laptop is an illusion, it is any less real. or that aids is any less real. or that death or despair is any less real. i'm saying that we create our realities based on our believes, desires, and expectations individually and en masse. and if you didn't know that before, than now you do.
