This man is without a doubt my living idol. I laughed long and hard each time I watched this hilarious psa.

Such a sadness indeed!

These clips embody what I expect talking to Zanf would be like.

i've talked to zanf, and he very well could be like this, but i couldn't understand a word he was saying thru his thick pikey accent

How much beer had you had? That can help

No, I don't consider most old people behind the times at all . I'm not saying he's behind the times, I guess what I meant was that a TON of older people will convey these same sentiments to you. They just don't have the benefit of having their REALLY codgery things edited out to make them look cooler.
Old people tend to consider headphones and cellphones as a rude barrier that prevents people from interacting. I tend to agree.

you gotta love him though i am off two minds about his movies

about a month or two ago, lynch visited israel, as he is an honored artist he had a press conference with shimon peres the isreali president, during the whole event he talked about meditation and how it would bring peace to the middle east. the look on peres eyes was so remarkable, one of the best moments in TV history.

yeah he's a huge transcendental meditation dude

I find that his movies encourage some strange subconscious thought processes, however they freak me out too much to encourage any sort of meditation...

wow, Doron, that sounds amazing. Is it on youtube? I couldn't find it.

nevermind! Found it!!!

david lynch doesnt have any old codgery things edited out,he is just fucking cool all of the time,i saw him speak,he isnt like any old people i have met, they migth for instance say something new is crap but not really explain why and it might well be that that thing is not actually crap where as he is talking about the experiance of the art form on a shit sized format.he is 'timeless',so is his art.
