--> Hi all

I'm looking at expanding audiobulb's reach into Second Life

Are any of you regular users?

I'm looking for a partner who will promote and sell audiobulb content on second Life - set up a shop there and work with the clubs and DJs....

The successful applicant must be a regular seond lifer with a commitment to growing a business there.

They must have or know how to build contacts - liaise with promoters and sell music via streaming and other distro options

Payment will be based upon a percentage of earnings > Lindens

yikes

I know someone who is self employed and works on his computer long hours

He has little social contact during the day.

He takes 2 x 1 hour breaks to visit SL2 and chat with people

It gives him a sense of social connection - yes it is a chatroom - like IM with graphics - but is'nt the real world just a big chat room with the added extra of occasional access to warm bits?

it intrigues me.
but only as a premise for sci-fi novel.

and whats all this "Payment will be based upon a percentage of earnings"
so if no one buys your glitchy nonense then i starve?

FUCK THAT.

;)

well i would'nt rely on for your main income stream....

not in the beginning anyhow ;)

I would play it if I could be a samurai and get paid (IRL monies) to track down and slaughter the griefers.

i'm down with this david, but i gotta admit: saying things like "isn't the real world just a big chatroom..." is a very dangerous slippery slope.
