this morning, I was snuggleing with my wife, and she suggested I talk to the baby. I thought, "ok that's cool".
after saying a few mildly inapropriate things to judah "the fetus" verchot to make my wife make the face that can be appropriately described as "bemused-squinty eyes", I asked him if he liked techno, and to kick once for yes.
to my wife's mild disagreement and amazement, he kicked.
This called for an experiment. I got out the ol' er-1mkII and plugged my sony vj-whatever headphones in and we pressed the speakers against her gut.
making sure it was not too loud, I did a little 2 min jam, and janette says judah went nuts.
he did that the other night when I was listening to hank williams as well!
I think he's gonna be alright...
NOTE: the title of the blog is because I noticed the similarities between our 2 blogs. and how irrely similar the comments were | |
