I've been eyeing the bugbrand store for awhile now.. Got on thier mailing list so that i would know when the new stuff went up.. I was deathly sick yesterday so I did nothing online. Checked my email today. He finished the run of 8 and put them up for sale on his online store, and they are sold out already..
Weak..
I still have a couple of things i want to purchase from boutique electronic shops(people making small runs in thier basement) i hope this doesn't happen with everything.. | |

bugbrand is the only electronics creator i really envy. he used to come on here alot and would share some of his tips and stuff. he's gotten really good at manufacturing sutff and making it look nice.

Yeah, I don't get the scarcity of cool stuff.
I wonder how many boutique makers have day jobs/other focuses? I'd sure as hell take assembling a few Bugcrushers or Monomes a day over anything else.

Bugbrand should sell a kit. He could prolly make way more and spend way less time at it. Plus, no sell out.

I like how he works with those standard-ish aluminum boxes. Takes skill and vision. They're pretty ugly when they're newborn.
The knobs could be more inspired.
Hearing one would be cool.
