bear grylls stole my music.
last night watching the ending of man vs wild.. i hear some synthy ambient shit in the backgroud... it loops again.. im like"SOUNDS FAMILAR"
well its a snippit of one of my effacer tracks (ITS A FRENCH WORD PRONOUNCED FSA, MEANING TO DELETE)
this track i made in CSound over 10yrs ago.. no other way to recreate the tones
also, im in the middle of the 2nd worse flu of my life.. YMMV

my 9 yr old LOVES 'man vs. wild' and 'survivorman'. i think i've watched every single one. twice.
he asked to borrow my video camera, I said sure, why not? he made his own version of man vs. wild, acting like bear grylls, and to this day, NOBODY has been able to watch his video and not feel sick to their stomach. it's funny, but his camera-motion skills are teh sucks. some blair witch cloverfield bullhockey.
i had the flu two weeks ago. when i got over it (after a week of misery), my stomach had shrunk (shrunken?) for lack of eating, and my tolerance for alcohol and stuff was null. I said, "i'll use this opportunity to eat less food and drink less". lose some fat poundage...
that lasted about a half week.
wells, hope jew git well soon jdg, i feelt jor painz.

So, I was under the impression that you own the rights to your own work, regardless of whether you register it anywhere. I thought stuff like the IIRC was to accommodate distribution by other people. If I'm right, then you certainly can get compensation from that show. Do you still have the Csound orc and scr files for the song?

Don't worry, that's actually a Tofebra and is 100% vegetarian. I think you can get Tofebra at Trader Joe's now.
