--> Hello!
Im quite excited at the moment, cos a few months ago I started getting involved with an excellent little label called White Label Music co-run by Ann Shenton of Add n to X fame.

anyways...

They put some of my tracks up on the itunes.
link
(theres a link to the itunes page...i think)
its an 18 track album called: Memos From The Dub Grotto
(the cover was based on a drawing by my friend, i drew in a banjo and some background stuff later.)

I've never used itunes before...so i would appreciate anyone making a test purchase to see if it works yet. ;)

Its the first time ive had any music up for sale!
I've already got my eye on a Mansion and some new bling and possibly a ho.

White Label are an interesting bunch, this is how i got involved with them:
Late last year, me and a couple of pals went down to Wiltshire and recorded an album with a bunch of other crazy electronic musician types from White Label.
All the other folk there were on the label or associated with it...we tagged along cos my flatmate's work mate aka: Wire Mother reckoned we would be into the vibe.
The 3 day event was called: Sonic Weekend 2
It was a good laugh, after much drinking and jamming and eating we made an album.
think of it as a bizarre compilation jam album...i contributed banjo, chanter and bent keyboards.
thats due out in a few weeks...Im doing Sonic Weekend 3 in march.
I have to pay for my accomadation...but its good a laugh and the last one was v-inspiring.
I plan on taking my Body Rap this time (see images)

as a rule, I don't buy DRM protected music, but I dug the snippets of all your tracks on the album. kinda funny in a really weird -but original- way.

but you need to hire someone besides a 4th grader to do your art. seriously, that art sucks major ass.

on a good note, track 4, "strawberry ghetto" is FUCKIN AWESOME!!! reminded me of some old 'armed audio warfare' era meat beat manifesto.

after all, I don't really stick to that rule

I just bought "strawberry ghetto". i love it too much. i can forget i saw the ms-paint, windows 3.1 old school, 16-color cover art.

this is great!!!!!

oh Monty, that is excellent! I'm buying right away... do you know if your tracks can be made into iPhone ringers?

p.s. Add N to X was my jamz for a couple years straight. Nothing compares to that hot analog mayhemz

dont have itunes installed atm but cant wait to buy this album

can it only be purchased on itunes?

nice one. mines a bitter.
wooo!! nice one eddie!

Congrats! These people seem really cool and AnX is a great band!
I do agree with Monkey Plus 1 on the art though. Ironic use of technology is pointless.

thanks for the support! i love you all.

i posted most of the tracks here in the past, so i dont feel guilty about getting you lot to pay for them now.

monkey+1: i know what you mean about the artwork. but i like that vibe. most artwork for electronic albums makes me ill. i hate that uber-slick,car advert look you see a lot nowadays.

unknownforces: im not exactly sure how white label goes about its business but, i think they are in the process of putting a paypal thing for me on their site.
