Well, I got home in time to hear the last part of it unlike some of us who insisted on staying out and continuing drinking! ;)

yeah, we closed the place. ooops.

I recorded it - streamripped so that there's no shitty re-encoding. I've got all but a few seconds from the beginning.

I listened to about half of it and I thoroughly enjoyed it though I the oldschool hip hop at the beginning is a taste that I've not yet acquired, either. Apparently the part that I missed, a couple hours in the middle, is where a lot of the interesting stuff happened. I still need to go back and re-listen to it - a single 12-hour, 500-megabyte mp3 is a pretty unruly way to listen to music. Foobar chokes on it if I try to fast forward.

To that end, does anyone know of an mp3 splitter program that can chop up at the frame level without re-encoding? Having a set of 12 one-hour mp3s, or even 4 three-hour mp3s would be much more useful.

I'm not uploading this. The WATMM folks talked of torrents - there's probably one up by now.

i wrote a frame level splitter that reencodes the trailing bit backbuffer (which would else cause CHIRPS), it's a command line tool, so I hope you're down with that.

link

It's the tool called mp3cue in the package.
