Due to the complete makeover of The Subliminal Tape Club from a webshop to a free netlabel I've been forced to say goodbye to my fat paychecks and coke-fueled lifestyle. As a magnanimous gesture, you can get my first online release, with new cover artwork (done this morning after 3 cups of coffee) and an added bonus track (w00t) over at the shiny, new Freeta Records . Since I can't get the bloody paypal donate button to work properly, you don't even have to not bother to send me any monies.
PS - any unduly high frequencies in this album are thanks to the wonderful panasonic "home stereo" monitoring system I was using at the time. It had tweeters like jeans pockets on washday.

It had tweeters like jeans pockets on washday. does this mean they were firm or floppy? they were floppy and lint filled. and they sounded like chewing gum wrappers
oh i love the distortion on the snares on daddy smalls. How'd you get that?
i think i passed a loop thru my old kaoss pad 2 a few times. once for the stutters, and then twice more for the distortion.
oh great .. i've got one of those. i guess the 20bit dac reductions can work.
