i like it because is my first machinedrum/monomachine track, even though it doesn't showcase both machines' full potential, and it's my first all-hardware track in quite some time. but i mostly like the mood of it..."

I LOVE that track!
the singing is perfecct.

I've only recorded two tracks so far (I don't even have a decent interface for tracking, just the input on my PB, and I just got a temporary mixer, yeah, yeah, I'm working on my studio..)

I love my first Monomachine SFX-60 only track, Quincy:

(I also love the shit out of thriller haha but it's not mine (thriller "remix"?)
Landscape is ok (Again, Machinedrum SPS-1 UW only -I have a tiny apartment, no mixer and only one step-down converter = one machine+headphones at a time))

astroboy and drexon: we salute you

This thread is awesome. I've not heard a lot of your music before - it's great to have to many works you are all proud of in one thread.

As for me... I will need to think about about it and get back to you.

Sweet Trip is a total liar... Jelly Charm is his favorite track .... oh wait .. that's mine.

most of my favorites are on tape and I'm lazy

and depressed!

lol

Holy shit! So much good music!

Here's my fav, called "Cooksonia". It was the first track I posted to this site. link

It's the most successful job I've done of hybridizing an acoustic and synthetic instrument. Compositionally, I think it's thoroughly developed, rich with intricacy, but still accessible.

i haven't listened to anyone's yet. im at work. i look forward to listening to everyone's songs tonight.

anyways here is mine:

its not really finished. more of a interlude at the moment. i worked up this arrangement to send to a friend a few nights ago. i dont really like the synth part (i want to redo it with some ebowed guitar or something, softer). but i the vibraphone sounding melodies and the 2nd beat i bring in. i made that vibraphone-ish melody when i had my monome and i guess this kinda makes me nostalgic for it.

I ripped down all my mp3's when I pulled down my old website... haven't reposted. Picking a favorite is difficult (kind of like picking a top 10 list of favorite tracks from other artists... hard to do and a completely fluid list... ) - I like some of my early stuff because of the newness and excitement of discovering how flipping over a tape and recording backwards at double speed really sounds cool flipped over and slowed down... or certain tracks with different bands I've been in where I've written chunks of the song... of my stuff from the last 10 years - ambient and techno stuff are the only tracks I've 'released' in any form - and of them - I can't point you to mp3's at the moment anyway... I'll post one of these days once things settle down.
