--> a very shiny and solid 70's amp, on top is a yamaha a5000 sampler
beside that on the desk is a yamaha rs7000 workstation and a pair of akg k240s headphones
some speakers ripped from my old jvc system... a minidisc on top for recording samples and a sony "t" mic not shown,
the mighty oxygen 8
a double cassette deck with with a bunch of tapes
a turntable... need to get a scratch table for better queing of samples...
a 16 channel mackie cr-1604
some cheap mics a casio sk-1 doing nothing and some music theory books.

don't feel bad before i got my laptop i would carry my imac,mixer and stand in a giant rubermaid container to shows(not impressive). to add more insult my cords came tangled up out of a canvas bag.

audio technica turntable? I think I have that one. It works pretty good if you don't breathe on it while its playing, lol.

How do you like the Yamaha sequencer in terms of intuitiveness and flexibility? I hear good things about it for outboard sequencing. I'm definately not mobile either: link link

basically it's an updated rm1x sequencer so you know it's gotta be good, i like working with patterns, arranging them in ways that only hardware can give you that same feel. i don't much care for the power of software sequencers. it's a good machine having also owned a rm1x for a long time
i could probably write any type of music on the rs7000 that i wanted to, but right now it's still new to me.
