--> Todays Good Friday, so took the kids to a Country Market to see some bargains. Bought some second hand books and some organic apples and the kids took $5 each and bought all sorts of junk

But for $3 I picked up a copy of Warp Records Sampler 1994. Apparently it was an Australia Only CD you got for free when you bought a ticket for the "Warp Australia party"

The track list is:

RAC ... Electro Fish
Rhythm Invention ... Tokyo
Richard H Kirk ... Frequency Band
B12 ... Basic Emotion
Black Dog ... Xepher
Polygon Window ... Quoth
Speedy J ... Pepper
Autechre ... Basscadet (BCDTmix)
Joey Beltram ... Orion
Kenny Larkin ... My Travels
Seefeel ... Spangle (=Sp 03)

So was it worth $3?

"richard h kirk was on warp records?"

hell yes!! he was. Under many different names... nearly every 12" on warp where it's an artist you can't recognize .. it's usually Richard H Kirk.

Sweet Exorcist is a gerat place to start

i like goo girls.

good trax !

nice find! i once found a K7 compilation called Mas Confusion at a swap meet (flea market) for a dollar... and i also picked up a b12 12" at a thrift store for about .25¢... apparently, i've been told this B12 record is super rare, like only 500 pressings or something... so i'm holding on to that! i don't have it on my person though, i have it over at my inlaws house for safe keeping!

Or maybe if the compilation had Plaid and Cabaret Voltaire. But it doesn't, so I deem this CD worth only $1.50 US."
