There's been a lot of debate recently about the feasibility of all consumer media being delivered over the Web, making physical media -- even the very concept of local storage -- obsolete. I've long considered that an impossibility, but if the infrastructure described here is widely implemented, I would change my thinking. Imagine, true reference quality HD downloads in seconds, client access to complex video games, etc. The need for music compression would go away, and electronic distribution would no longer mean shitty bit rates and lossy audio.

less is more with computers imo, weather dependant, unless you live in south africa, in which case moderation is best. Why should I ever upgrade from win xp, it's just more of the same crap, Stans Videos, and every musician with 10 profiles, people with 10 large into their music will still be the only ones that matter, It's really not freeing anyone except SLUTS.
