--> I just posted the STFU Glasgow documentary I made back in 2006 on Youtoob. It's divided up in 5 parts, total runtime is something like 36 minutes. If you haven't seen it yet and are wondering what all these people at STFUs are up to, this is a good chance to see a bunch of em411 regulars in action. Whether that's a good thing or not.. well, that's up to you to decide

oh gawd, i get embarrased whenever i watch this. i was so wasted and babbling shite. [blushes]

kudos to martin for making us all look interesting! ;) a wonderful documentary and a great souvenir of the first glasgow stfu. good times, good times. hope to see you all again soon

any plans for a follow up film? doesn't need to be a documentary. Footage from Weimar? Mookid's Kidq video? we must have more video! I only have a few short clips on youtube from Edinburgh. I have clips from Athens too (still to upload). Will need to invest in a proper video cam at some point.

no plans on my end since I sold the dv cam to finance music gear but it would be nice to collect more footage of the stfus - and also direct to hd vj footage, makes all the difference.. the problem is footage from so many different (low quality) sources rarely makes for nice vieweing.. I'm up for a nice photo montage or something like that though.. maybe for STFU Heidelberg? it's definitely great for promoting and communicating what STFU is to venue owners etc.

you can see me keep nervously looking at the camera perched on top of a skip, stoned and mumbling. I think we're all in the same boat there!

And maybe oprganise some sort of team that can work together to have a visual arm to STFU. Maybe this needs to be raised on the STFU board that we need to have teams responsible for organising the long term aspects of stfu [audio & visual recordings, merchandise, etc]?

with that and what I just sort of suggested there, one of the end products would be a professional promotional/press pack to use to secure venues.

God, I just love the accents. I have to say...

I really love this documentary. If you had it available for purchase on dvd I'd buy it.

Thanks so much! I was actually thinking about it, but then there's some rights issues involved since I made it as a university graduation project and there's some, ahem, uncleared google earth footage in there.. I'm happy that I can share it for free mainly.

is there a higher resolution of it available anywhere? I hate youtube compression with a passion!
Yes, you can grab the full 720x400 divx version at archive.org: link

how can you download from there? It looks just like an embedded movie...

nevermind... stupid lazy eyes!

i am gonna take a vidy cam to marsailles.
and me gfriend takes good pics so will get something from there.
i am notoriously slack on this front and its down to organised people like martin, jen, mark, steven and kris that i have any pictures of stfu at all.
so thanks guys!
heres to more of them.

sweet. I'm always up for editing stuff together, but the actual shooting is killing me when I'm also playing live and want to socialize

booo to socialising.

way overrated.
the more i socialize, the more people don't like me.

(has probably something to do with the fact i offer sexual favors within the first two sentences)

you never offered me any ? what am i missing out on!
