holy fucking awesome..

wonder how long they last?

i always thought this would be a great way to have a hidden track on a cd.

wasn't this mentioned somewhere else? too many damn blogs/sites/whatevs. anyway I have already said this wherever else but I wonder whether this is hard on the needle. cool idea though.

in a million years, alien archaeologists will discover large brown disks that hold beautiful music, but no one knows what was on all those tiny silver ones.

//not mine

License: I posted this the other weekend in the forum.

thaaaat's what it was. I thought it was em411.

That i so fucking cool.

oh god, I want one!!!!

Wild. And the earthmuffins from the Northwest will be so happy (I'm from the NW).

The easiest way to not have to think about needle damage is to get a 'scrapper' needle or two and have it be their job to dabble in the rough trade.
When I got new needles, I just saved my old ones so I could play destroyed records, wasted 78s and stuff like this CD idea and not not worry what they're doing to my needles.
