1 wheat bun
1 hamburger patty
1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
1 heaping tablespoon diced red onions
1 tablespoon feta cheese
1. on a nonstick pan oast you wheat bun, treat the raw hamburger patty to a helping of fajita seasoning, mash the avacado into a paste with a spoon
2. cook your burger to your liking (i prefer medium rare to medium). dont forget to wipe the burger off when its done cooking. nothing sucks more than a wet sloppy greasy burger. it should be dry to the touch.
3. on one side of the bun, place the horseradish and red onion. on the other: the avacado paste and feta cheese. put the patty on it and sandwify it.
