Hi guys,

we're going to catch up pretty soon, but i wanted to talk about the livesets length:

in my opinion, the smart solution is to try to start on a 45 min/set basis. it was like that in Roma and it worked out pretty fine i think.

seeing how both nights are going, we may make that thing evolve, but there is A LOT of livesets for both nights, so i'd like to have everybody playing in front of a bit of a crowd, so if everybody shares > everybody gets a bit of a good time.

that said, maybe some of you have less than 45 minutes and prefer to play shorter, so we'll see how we arrange that, if another wants to play maybe a bit longer and stuff like that...

both nights should work out, but there is the unavoidable "crowd factor", which is really random down here.

i've been working like a crazy man for one month on it, so i'm a bit fucked up and overstressed. really looking forward to hear your music and to see the marseille people listening to it. after >>> REST.

that said, i'm totally in a "BOOYA state of mind", as always, and i'm really looking forward to dj at the end of the festival to smash your hears.

i was originally planning on playing for 30mins but ive abandoned all my original plans because i havent done enough programming to do it how i wanted to
so- my set will be much more improvised which means there is no predetermined set length- i can just play until im bored or someone tells me to stop
if i can get a chance to do some more programming while in marseille on wednesday night and thursday before the gig then i will be able to play for longer without it getting boring
im really looking forward to this (despite how disappointed i am with my lack of preperation effort)

yeah 45 is plenty for me.
rock on!

ok that's cool.

if you can spread the word to the other stfuers, that'd be great

I was planning on playing for approx 30 minutes

45 is cool! lematt, you fancy playing some jazz on chillout day? I'm bringing my bass with me.

damn - I was only going to play for about 3.5 minutes - I just have to flesh it out a bit then! ;-)
