So for some reason I got invited to play at a festival in Italy this weekend. Also representing for em411 is yghartsyrt / nq - we have the pleasure to perform with Alva Noto, Kangding Ray, Aoki Takamasa, Deaf Center, Marsen Jules and retina.it, so it's a pretty big honor.
What I'm trying to say is.. any folks in the vicinity of Modena, Italy this Friday and Saturday, make sure to drop by Galleria Civica there to catch some wierd noises.

I'll be playing using my Monome 40h, Laptop and Kaosspad Mini (which I just got recently, works great to bridge the abruptness of switching samples in my max/msp looper)..
argh, I also just upgraded to Max5 and am trying to adapt my liveset to take advantage of some of the new features..overkill!!! (i always have the old patch as fallback solution, but still..argh!) | |
