poland vs. germany right now.....
the tunisia/saudi game was pretty fun to watch, esp the second half. i loved how the saudies thanked allah after the first goal, i thought it was really cool.

i have been watching so so so much of this. i really want the african teams (esp ghana and ivory coast) to start winning, i love how they play.
the spanish were pretty amazing this afternoon, too. i'm loving it.

i will admit Brazil is a good team, but i hate watching those South American teams play. So many show-offs!
I thought Germany was going to go far, but Poland is holding their own pretty good here.........

i saw a bit of that game at lunch that day and I'd have to agree. I thought they'd cream those guys. USA looked pretty good today, suprisingly, against supposed badasses Italy. I didn't see the end of that though.

that italy vs. usa game was lame. both sides had potential and both sides totally wasted it. the italians were diving and the americans were just not so hot, imo. ;)
