was wondering if anyone's gotten a set of audiocubes link yet? the review i read says they're kindof flimsy and personally i'm not crazy about gimmicky gear like this, but it would be cool to make a light show, plus i saw a vid of a guy playing with a monome and audiocubes. it was really cool.
basically you have a bunch of cubes communicating via IR with a central cube that is hooked up w/ USB and gets tranfered into midi. Alternatively they can function on their own as a modular synth or effect processor because they have audio ins and outs. can control external gear as well.
