Ok guys, I am officially setup in Bremerton WA. So the we've got to have a little get together so I can meet the Seattle crowd. (I'm a ferry ride across from Pike Place.) I'm gonna be totally broke for a month or two, but we'll be ok.
So, if you are in the Tacoma, Kitsap, or Seattle areas and you think you can help me with a little bit of moving heavy objects(maybe 2 hours?) EM mail me and name your price. I figure it's a lot better to have semi-strangers help me than the kind of wackjobs that would show up from craigslist if I posted...I'll pay you what you think it's worth. You'll be helping me unload a couple 6x7x8 containers on Monday or Tuesday.
I'll be making my first voyage to Seattle this sunday around noonish- know anything within walking distance of the ferry I should see? Is Sugar close enough? Sorry I'd google but I'm on an 2G eeepc on hotel wifi.

Sugar is close enough - just a bit of a stroll up the hill.
The whole dowtown area is at your disposal from the terminal - the market, pioneer sq, quirky shops and food etc, Gameworks (yay!) - I could go on...
Our local Guitard Center is a trolley ride from westlake center - should you need to talk to buffoons about gear. And the EMP/SciFi Museum is right at the other end of the monorail - in my neck o' da woods.
Lots of great food and places to get a beer......
No help available this weekend. So sorry.
But a meet-up soon would be awesome!
