On top of all my millions of other past times (running businesses, making pizzas from scratch and drinking coke) I've been preparing an acoustic gig in an (as yet) empty supermarket.
Tesco bought a shop in Cambridge's most vibrant and exciting part of town, Mill Road, and until it gets opened (much to the disgust of most of the locals) a small group have moved in commandeered it and used it for such pursuits as rollerskating, showing films, sports and, this coming Thursday, the first ever gig that I've orchestrated. Well, the first one with more than one person playing anyway...

I'll post some pics and vids after the event, but I'm really excited to be playing live. Its not electronic music by any means, but I'm very proud of how we song, of the songs I've written and how amazing the drummer is. Here's a rehearsal vid, in case anyone is interested...

surely, it being weston super-mare, they would have burnt down the town and kept the pier ;-)
