LOVE that Joan Jet. I'm so old I can remember the video and the song from back when I was... damn, how old was I? Very impressionable age. Really kick ass beat. Love Joan Jet!
OMFG - that joan jet tune is an old Gary Glitter song - you need to read more about who he is.... link [oh dear]
wow, thanks Zanf. I love this guy's music so far! A lot! THe production is really well balanced. Both slick and raw. Smooth and sharp. And all so super catchy.
ha. i think i've seen that zero-video. great tunes.
btw, does anybody know some good skateboard videos lately. maybe something in the toymachine/zero fashion, but also some technical stuff is fine with me, as long as rodney mullen is featured. i simply love that guy. rodney mullen's style is fascinating i agree. but i think it's rather some kind of ballet than actual skateboarding
i haven't seen recent skatevideos, except for a circa "it's time" promo dvd which was quite good in my rememberance i'd recommend - flip sorry (featuring jonny rotten as host, with some wicked tom penny footage) - ès menikmati and - DVS skate more (it has those funny monty-phytonesque interludes and a sick steve berra part. and a crazy daewon song part with lots of funny slams and bails) i learnt everything i know from skate videos.off the top of my head :
girl yeah right has some great music useless wooden toys plan b rodney mullen was gigging in mallega when i was there but i missed him damn it. THIS POST ROCKED MY BALLS OFF.
good to hear that skate videos are still incorperating obscure but balls-rockingly awesome tracks. america might have a future yet. spike jonze makes the best skate vids ever Signup to comment
