For those of you who have been watching there is a huge debate on whether there should be acoustic songs allowed for the cover project. My opinion is, use common sense and look at it from the perspective of the end user.

The whole purpose of this album is to get attention for the artists of an electronic music community. If you want to expose your music to someone, and they pick up a copy of an album that says "electronic music community" and they hear your song and it's an all ukulele cover of Tiny Tim's tiptoe through the tulips, you're going to end up with a confused person who isn't going to take the other artists' electronic music seriously.

I think the best option for this whole guidelines issue is to appoint 5 people to vote on the options. Needs to be 5 people who are on here or check their e-mail daily and are willing to take this seriously. Any takers?
