Is it just me ... or does "Confusion" (original version, not the one on Substance) by New Order share the exact same drum track (same drum machine, same patterns, same sounds) with "Jam On It" by Newcleus?

I'd like to be the first one who says: "who cares?"
i care because you don't
arthur baker produced "confusion" didnt he? he was a big influence on the electro scene of that time (which newcleus was a part of)
Sorry blockhead, I wasn't trying to be rude... I just hate New Order!
isnt the drum track in confusion a sample?
lots of new order drum tracks are just straight samples or 'covers' of other peoples drum tracks dan: YOU ARE STOOPID. Can't believe you hate New Order. You are a bad person.
well, I have to half agree: I hate later/newer New Order. Early New Order (Blue Monday, Confusion, etc) I love. Annnnnywa: I still think it's the same drum track. Both bands must have been in the same studio at the same time and perhaps had a producer xor engineer in common who used his drum machine in both tunes and was too lazy to program a new song & set of patterns. ;)
