Facebook got an overhaul. Who's on it?

So FB got re-designed... I'm a little mixed on how I feel about it. I think the wider format is nice in theory but the old way looked better. I am a little upset that I can't put my "band" profile on the main page--it requires once to click another tab.
But it is nice to separate all the retarded apps out from personal info.

facebook is a big waste of time if you waste your time on it
it's nice when you move away and have the ability to stay in touch with friends
i've even been able to reconnect with friends i've lost contact with over the years
you CAN use it conscientiously
it's your choice whether or not to keep tabs on who took a dump or got bored
or added 100 stupid applications

yeah i waste too much time on it. i recently figured out how to add the band's profile on it, but that was maze to figure out! i like it, i do waste serious time on it, but i don't depend on it. one thing thouhg is that i've been able to contact people and friends that i haven't seen or talked to in over 20 years!! old middle school friends and also high school friends, old neighbors, cousins. that's what i thank Facebook for.
i love how i get my daily "comparing" emails, LOL...

It's an amazing promotion tool, I'm now aware of a lot of shows and events that I would barely hear about if it wasn't of FB. It reminds me of shows I forget a few days before they happen (I definitly have to buy an agenda...). It's good to keep contact with acquaintances. If you forget all the crappy applications it's a great tool.

i've heard that from a lot of people re: can't add. it might be someehign weird on my side. my email if they need it is liz dot mcleanknight at gm ail.com
it's a great tool for managing friends. as in, if i'm hainvg a house party (theoretically, no resemblance between the living and fictional), I could invite via friend filters:
1) friend
2) "friends" list
3) limit by Chicago network.

ok so, i was wondering what the hell you were talking about.... fb looked the same to me. then i added whoever has posted their links here. then i clicked on my "home" and wtf- the whole design has changed! and em411 made it happen!!!
