We had the store clean.
We have lived our initial fears, our earliest dreams.
We have built castles, roads, zoos, universes.
We're hidden. We are escaped.

After everything that is there for our child's bedroom?
A souvenir of a ping pong ball that bounces.

Sandro Santoro

… My office was there. I did all my homework on this office.
I was doing my homework listening to the radio. I loved the hit parade,
it passed in the evening, five to seven Remember
this tube Umberto Tozzi… "Ti amo, ti amo, ti amo, ti amo, ti amo"…

We had to clean it, neat it
We lived there our first fears, our first dreams.
We built there castles, roads, zoos, universes.
We hid there. We escaped from there.

After all that, what is left of our child room?
A memory of a bouncing ping pong ball.

My desk was there. I did all my homework on that desk.
I was doing my homework while listening to the radio. I loved the hit-parade,
it played on the evening, from five to seven. You remember that hit from Umberto Tozzi… “Ti amo, ti amo, ti amo, ti amo”…
