anyways, i'm writing this blog because i made a lot of music lately. usually a few hours, a couple days. not so much develops past a point. well, there's a good side to that because everything i release is free to use. so if you're curious if u can use something, use it without a doubt. i ask cc-by in most cases. the only exception i can think of is that u twist something so much that it's not mine anymore, than why would i ask attribution?? anyways...

- also, requests should be granted. e.g., individual tracks (versus complete mixdowns), specific sampling rate (i do 48khz), bit depth, format...

and i'd like to note that even though the mixit samples are public domain, i do often pick from the past ~20 of them for samples (leo, kidko, delete, too many to list right now...).

collectively, it's one of the finer sample repositories i know of. i used to have as far back as mixit 9. there was a blog/thread about who had what mixit samples before. well, i have since at least mixit 50. i'd like actually to find more so if any1 wants to swap or share! it'd be greatly appreciated.
