ahahahahaha! seriously, the way they wear that stuff with a straight face is classic.
I think the trick is more like concentration to not fall on your face while walking a straight line in a pair of 4" heels. After all models are taught to walk proper while balancing a book on their head while walking. I believe they teach certain things in classes to do with etiquette also.
