Hey peepz, it's been a long time. Filarion posted about the liveset I did in weimar, which I really enjoyed. However I was not very happy with the patterns I had, and since I've played with lematt in marseille I've been starting to question the whole liveset approach a fair bit. I've started to produce patterns that are more straihtforward, and I think I'll be moving to a combo of dj'ing and livesetting by using the laptop and one machine (either machinedrum or mono, I dunno yet).

Anyway, here is a document describing the sound design behind a few patterns I did lately, it comes with mp3s and the description is written so that people without machinedrum can get a few ideas as well (or so I hope).
