"Robert Henke has already let slip that the new design will allow users to dive into clips, querying and setting notes WITHIN that clip, dynamically."

Here's an interview with Gerhard Behles of Ableton released this morning by Akai. link
Damn, never knew Gerhard Behles was such a sexy dapper mofo.

Oh and Max for Live sounds cool too!!! It only took a couple years.
gah, what does "querying dynamically" mean??1?!?!?!?!?!?!
sounds cool, whatever it means

It's like when you're jogging and singing, and a fellow jogger asks you: Pray do tell, sir, what is that delightful note you've sung?

Dynamic querying; demystified!
that dude is a total metrosexual.

edit: and yes i will most likely not be able to sleep properly until i own this max for live business.
that's so awesome news.
i don't know what this is all about, but i assume i'll have to
1. upgrade live $
2. buy max/msp $$
3. buy akai apc40 $$$

hopefully you can leach off other's hard work and just run max stuff in live with the runtime.

THEN i'll upgrade live.
