I think that there will always be an open internet in some form, even if it's not consumer friendly like other protocols that are sure to arise, and even if you need to use a specific ISP for access.
But, yes. This is poo.  this is [poo] for shure.
let's hope it doesn't pass. censorship is "demodé".
