--> So I moved recently and finally have my studio nearly set up. And since it's never going to be so organized ever again, I captured the zen-moment in these pictures.

I miss the studio pics section of the old EM411... post some yourselves.

Your post is too short, if you don't have anything useful to say, don't say it.

ithink 10 is the threshhold.

i posted: nice dood

now.. im gonna try: nice dood.

nice dood.

10!

so, hey.. that looks great.

hows it sound?

why is it new? u move?
or u just move into a new room in the same house?

i just moved my studio too. still kinda messed up.. working on it.

hows canada? can you say? or do u not want to misrepresent an entire country.

that rug really ties the room together

I moved houses, so got a bigger room which is great.

The sound is "ok". The treble is obviously well controlled with all the rugs and curtains. But the bass is still sort of an issue. I'm trying to jam heavy things into the corners, but it's still not perfect.
Any suggestions?

Canada is "ok". The conservatives are obviously well controlled with all the liberals and lefties. But the prime minister is still sort of an issue. I'm trying to jam heavy items down Steven Harpers throat, but it's still not perfect.
Any suggestions?

jdg, pipe down!!!

build bass traps!

sq80 is teh rox!

i built my own traps.
really simple.
just source some local owens corning 703 ridged fiberglass.. make a 4x2frame.. stuff the stiff and dense fibre glass in there.. cover it with fabric ( i suggest burlap, as its "accoustly invisable") and mount them in the corners of the room. and bam.. u'll be stoked!

these are bleens.
copy his construction, as its better. .. im king of "fits good enough for goverment work"

accousticly

thats a bitch of a word to spell.

SEE DonG, i plugged your traps! (thank me when the royality checks roll in)
good to see some sq80 luv. this looks like a very nice place to play.

I see some sharpie on that keyboard you have tucked in the corner. did you quit using trackers recently?

ALSO
it looks smokey in there??!
u smoke ?!

Bass traps, yes, I've been thing of buiding some, but am just not sure of they're worth the realestate value. I'm going to look into it though.

I do smoke, but not inside. That's the glare of the light.

have you thought about smoking inside? it'll git rid of that glare.

i have also noticed that alot of canadians smoke.

out of everyone i know locally.... not one smokes.
but i know a few canadian smokers.

NE1 know the secret?!

and those bass traps ARE worth the relistate.
for real(istate)

Good eye license. That sharpie is to play the C64 simulator, cynthcart. link

hilarious.
I'll think about it.

I don't know about Canadians vs Americans but if you live in Quebec there's a 90% chance you're a smoker.

the trick is to put a new line after. do that and it tricks it.

nice studio pics - the room has that snug feel about it.
