In 1994, an early online program called Pravda23 began writing the code for an offline character called John Bartmann. Thanks to sophisticated organigraphic software, "John Bartmann" has been masquerading alongside other programmed personalities in everyday life, manifesting curious experimental music in order to remind them of their origins as other online beings.

sometimes i get the feeling the net is about as small as the real world, but everyone's got millions of aliases. just out of curiosity, how many of you guys stick to one username across all the platforms / social networking communities online? on average, how many user names do you use?

I use just the one, though before this one I had others that date back to 300baud BBS systems. But always just one.
i mainly use this one or a variation like digitalkarma, imdigitalkarma, karma etc. depending on who ganked my name first...
except when i'm gaming online i used to use DigitalKarma^X for AQ2 now I'm just Schadenfreude depend where and for what normaly i go on the name crazy shadow for a good part of the website im on and on all the chiptune related site im called chipchop and for my artist name i use omni-shadow-topia so that make 3 main name i use on the net

everywhere else I'm patrick norris or patrick r norris. which is just the lowercase version of Patrick R Norris. (although I'm not link as far as I can remember I didn't make thirty-something). to me you'll always be pizza
