--> a while ago on old em411 there was a thread called 'caring for your introvert' or something. i thought it was really interesting and started to read quite a bit about psychology/personality types etc etc as a result of that thread....so whoever started it(mpg??maybe)....thanks

i really cant remember the test it linked to so it could even be this one, but i dont think it is. i came across quite a few different personality tests when i was reading different sites...some are better than others.

a nice simple one is this jung typology test which i found to be very accurate. its based on the jung myers-briggs typology
i tried this test quite a few times over the following months....when i was in different moods and at different times of the day to see if the results were any different. every time the result has been the same.

when i first did the test i found some questions to be vague or too broad and didnt know weather to put 'yes' or 'no'. but then i started to notice things about myself and the way i think, after doing the test once or twice, that made the questions make more sense. so if you think WTF?? at a certain question try thinking of it in a general context.

at the end of the test you are given four letters.....this is your 'personality type'. there are also a few links to pages describing the traits and behaviours of your personality type and why you behave certain ways.

i also put my personality type into google....that came up with some really interesting results too. the most detailed and accurate i found to be this one... link

id be very interested to know what you all are. and i think some of you will find this interesting too.
room?

here is a link to the test again link
if you want to find out more about your personality type id suggest just googling your four letter code after you complete the test. some pages even go into details of what music people with a certain personality type are most likely to enjoy.
make for some good reading!

ENFJ
Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Judging

11% 25% 62% 1%

INFP

* moderately expressed introvert
* slightly expressed intuitive personality
* very expressed feeling personality
* moderately expressed perceiving personality

I always get that when I take this test.

Enfp. Super Bad.

# moderately expressed extrovert
# slightly expressed sensing personality
# slightly expressed thinking personality
# moderately expressed perceiving personality

I'm INTP which is kind of appropriate because I'm studying to become an information architect. I can relate to the descriptions, too.

The Myers Briggs is great stuff. It's not suprising that a lot of you are P's on the MBTI. Studies have found that P's are often more right brained than left brained and that musicians are typically more right brained than left brained as well; see the correlation. I have some famous musicans and their personality type on my site. Check out my Myers Briggs website if you get the chance.

I'm INTP.

which is funny because i am completely absent-minded. and i have problems managing money and life in general. my head is always in the clouds.

pretty much when i read the profiles it suits me almost perfectly.
