Hey guys. We currently have a streaming radio station located at link that is looping all of the music of the artists from the Bitkins open source label. Problem is it's starting to emulate a classic rock station.... playing the same songs over and over making it pointless for people to tune in.
After some discussion we are asking the em411ers (of which we are included) if they have any music they would like to contribute to the radio station. AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Literally we have unlimited space.
So here is what I'm thinking. We have an ftp up with the following info:
# FTP Username: em411 AT NOSPAM thezengeek.com
# Password: emlove
# FTP Server: ftp.thezengeek.com
# FTP Server Port: 21
If you want to be a part of this, please upload as many tracks as possible, but make sure to have your artist name and the track name so that you can get the respect you deserve. Please upload everything that you want up there, we have an unlimited amount of drive space.
The way we see it is, this is a win/win. You get the music of the em411ers to a few more people, and you help an opensource label get a few listens.

Anything over 15 mb should be deleted (depending on bitrate)

I just uploaded a few too.
FYI, the FTP transfer hung or failed using TLS (default on my client, lftp), but I turned off TLS/SSL and everything worked poifectly. i don't think the ftp is tls/ssl enabled that's why.
