I think it would be cool to use a thinner glass for more vibration, maybe even add some kind of dampener to control the amount. There are tons of directions you could go with this.

yea i there are alot of things that could be done, but i just kinda stummbled into it tho i plan to mess with the idea more. thanks again for your input.

Contact mic's and IR reverbs are cool. But it has nothing to do with the "space" it is recorded in. Hence contact mic's use the vibration that is transmitted via the surface the mic is attatched to. You would need to trigger a impulse by tapping the glass with something.

There is a lot of bg noise tho, is the piezo disc/cable soldering making the noise or is it the mason verb?
