About me
Old enough to know better. Given to overloading work with concepts, theory and philosophical background. Works very slowly, but that doesn\'t necessarily guarantee quality. At present releases through Bandcamp

Likes noise - no - really.....

The thing is that \"noise\" implies something unpleasant and I don\'t think that. Two sounds on top of each opther can be a very beautiful thing.

Some people might remember that a couple of months ago my wife and I had a joint exhibition for the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

All of which went well, and we got some nice words from people who saw it and I got lots of plays on bandcamp and it was all good.

The best thing that came out of it was meeting up with other people looking to run events. We got a foot in the door at Revolt Productions in Melbourne link and got another exhibition lined up for SALA - South Australian Living Artists - festival.

I don't know if any of you have heard of Jacob's Creek Wine - I believe it gets sent around the world. Anyway they have a visitor's centre in the Barossa Valley link with a restaurant, a wine tasting room and a gallery. And the gallery is where we'll be.

Apparently on the 20th and 21st August it's the Barossa Valley Gourmet Weekend. Last year about 1500 people staggered through thed winery over the two days and our stuff will be in the middle of it. We've been asked to go up and talk to punters about what we're doing, so I'm expecting 1500 people to ask (one at a time) "Do you call that music?"
