Electronic Music 411 - Website Gets Hacked: New Website Born -

Hi all, its been along time since I've been around these parts. I've just got back from living in Seattle for the last 8 months. It was a really fun time and I ended up making two albums while I was there. I didn't play any shows though, but at least I know where to go when I start playing live again. Which I hope should be soon.

Anyway, My website for Tom Phonic work was hacked about a month ago due to a backdoor in my wordpress installation. I knew the security threat and all I needed to do was updated the wordpress installation, but I was lazy or busy or both. I don’t remember. But it was a blessing in disguise because I needed to update the site anyway in preparation for my new album that will be released on June 17th by a net label in Greece. I spent about 12 hours straight last night, staying up till 8am work on rebuilding the site and I think the output looks fantastic! Maybe even professional… I found a pretty dope free one and started hacking at all the CSS. It was actually 4 themes later that I found the one I was happy with enough to really get in to modifications. The wall paper is a slightly altered version of a texture I downloaded from my favorite texture site, LostandTaken.com. However it seems to be down now. Weird. I did the header in Photoshop and love how it looks like it blinks when you scroll the screen up and down. Anyway, check out my site and leave some comments now that I have that set up.
