--> 27 mins 28 secs long, encoded @192kbps, 37.7MB

Here's another live set from my most recent gig in Edinburgh. It was a chairty gig to raise money for Oxfam.

I actually played for about 35 minutes but have edited out around 7 minutes of bad guitar playing, so what you're left with is part of my stfu glasgow set (at the beginning) combined with my stfu helsinki set (from about 6 mins onwards). It also contains some field recordings from Berlin, Weimar & Helsinki...and you can even hear Jen Frnortnr and Ben Quip talking!

There's an obscene volume drop at 13:30 when i finally realised that the output channel in Ableton was going into the red and only from listening back to this did i realise that my low E string was slightly out of tune, gah!
You can also hear my meagre 512MB machine struggling with the combined strain of Ableton and Reason together at points. I'll be upgrading as soon as i can afford it.

the live setup was:
laptop running Ableton and Reason, novation ReMOTE 25LE, guitar, ebow, screwdriver, contact mic, kaoss pad and music box.

mmmh, very nice. I like!

ace, listening for my beautiful throat mastercations - is that us 5 minutes in?

you can hear Jen at 5:48 and yourself at 20:48 "stick it on mp3...em pwee thwee"

what pitch is that tone. not in studio atm. is t 440 Hz - that long bell drone through the whole last half?
long and interesting. loved it. the accordian part thrown around the beginning = brilliant! love that very much.

Why do you ask Lunatinker? The "long bell drone "would've been my ebow on the A string of my guitar, so yes it would be 440 Hz!

i ekilike it i likeitilike
