I did this not too long ago...I'm not sure..within last 3 months I think.
I'm posting it as part of my resolution to the thread "stop being intelligent", where I proposed that everyone do an acid house track.
I used almost all soft synths
"frequatic"

an aphex twin album.
rad track dude. acid rocks my face. I think everyone should be required to put at least a little 303 in all of there tracks.

i like this well, the development is pretty nice, keeps things interesting. i would say that there is too much 'beats' and not enough 'fancypants', but other than that i'd have to say it's pretty good.

I've never heard Analogue Bubblebath, so I don't know if it's comparable, but I really enjoyed that
What I love is the fact that it sounds like it's been sequenced with hardware and not a computer.
I didn't get much Kick drum out of my laptop speakers either, oh well.
I preferred the staccato synth parts to the bits with glide, but one idea over and over would get boring.

wellthe kick is a filtered 909 so, it's almost entirely lows I think the mp3 compression hurt it a bit
I'm glad you guys liked this track!

yeah the kick sounds like it's rummaging through a box of props offstage instead of pounding front and center like the script says.
otherwise, cool. I like this idea...
...but isn't acid pH-?

this is fun.
whereas most acid house i hear has a sinister edge, this is more like "take acid and draw things with crayons" which is an A+ in my book.

Good, I like it.
Someone said there's too much "beats"? I like beats.
There is not a lack of "intelligence" in something that is fun.
