--> Hello. I haven't released a song since the elder days. I've been away for a while. This is just a draft and needs part revision.

way cool, I really love that "singing bowl" sound that you have going in the background, and the loose feel of the instrumentation, the laid back feel. You get that great instrumental-sounding atmosphere without being cheesy or cliche, which is a tricky bit to accomplish... cool beans.

see below

i'd rather hear you do some home drum recordings. i know you're a dope ass drum player, too. you should just bite the bullet, steal james' drums every once in a while, and spend a weekend putting real durms on your shit. you don't need a bunch of mics or anything, just don't use a lot of kit-kick, snare, hat, tom, crash/ride. two mics would pretty much do the job and sound pretty damn cool. three mics would be like a handjob from kali

COWBOY UP

quintuple post!

and who tells you to solo better?

some pirate-pants wearing fusion head, for sure.

yeah, wtf, who said that? Sounds good, has soul, that's what matters. I'll take john lee hooker over any super-fingers-blues man any day...
electrodan in tha hizzay!
nice to hear some music from you again sir
i dig this muchly. will be interested to hear what, if anything, you change on it in the future.

thanks for sharing. peace.

hehe, thanks doods. I'm sorry, that was a little ambiguous... I didnt mean that someone actually said "solo better", but rather I was imploring the audience to note that (cause I think it could be better) and then further the critique.

Bru - nice pic :D you forgot to have "Modas Ponens" engraved somewhere on yourself.

Reminds me a little of Tear Garden or Legendary Pink dots, minues Edward KaSpel's weird vocals... trippy psychadelic rock with some noodly synths thrown not as background, not as just another instrument, but an extra dimension to the music. I love it when rock bands (of whatever sub-flavor) embrace technology to expand their music... and you are doing that here. The resonant synth makes the listener focus not just to the notes the synth is playing, but the timbre it's making. And then we notice the timbre of the bass and guitars, too.

Sadly, we also notice the relatively static timbre of the drums.

If you are a rad drummer like astroid says, then hit them skins, boyo.

good to hear another electrodan release, i was actually just lamenting to myself over your lack of posting as of late.

Thanks mlbot. Drums seem to be my achilles heal... so I am considering solutions. Scott has tried to get me to use a computer and I have steadfastly refused tho it seems more and more like that is the solution.

how are you these days, btw? Still rockin the Labratory?

loved it, dan! good to see you again!

I WILL LISTEN LATER WHEN I GET MY SPEAKERS UP.

Thanks D! good to see you again too!
