--> dronez and guitar sounding like a didgeridoo
and some so-called "fat beets"

I love the digi, but I don't have one. tinkering with pedals enough along with ebow gave me something close though. I'm using a feedback-loop pedal I built weeks ago as well here. the percs were fun! I miced a makeshift drumset I built on my bed and banged away with drumsticks. then I cut up, sampled, looped and layered cool parts.

v. nice c-scapes. love the build... and the homemade drums are super cool, love the abstractness of them.

cool stuff. the slow transition towards the end of the track is nice indeed. lots of tension.
nice layers and tones. thanks for sharing.

peace

yes, this is quality.

wow. you're nutty beats and turnips are teh coolest.
another fine release from the cloudscapes.

thanks for the listen + comments guys

the drums consisted mostly of styrophome, cardboard and metal. I put two overhead rode nt5's a few feet up and apart. a lot of the sequencing was done in floops too... *blush* and the rest in ableton. I didn't use any suppatrigga, beat repeat, glitch or any sort of buffer warping this time. it's all pure cutting and tracking. I want to distance myself from automation plugs for a while so that I can bring up my hand skills. the only plugs I am using are redux (on hard 2 most of the time, more near the end) some EQ and hard compression.

this is really fucking good!, flows well with your other tracks too.

Ahh. u used those nt5's!!!! Im listening on shitty laptop speakers so I have to wait till I get home to hear this fully. Even on these speakers
it sounds good. Drumset you built on your bed, lol.

i hear you on doing things by hand more. getting a midi keyboard has made that more accesible for me...

love that main drone lots
