Electronic Music 411 - ckid

this track is very tight. i'm not fond of the snare sound that comes in at about 2 minutes, but the guitar is really good, soaring lead and all that. the very end of the track, that abrupt cut, is inappropriate for this track. maybe in the full album it mixes in to something else, which would work great, but it should fade out over at least a quarter-second.

this is a great laid back micro-house type toon, if the rest of your stuff is as good as this then it'd be a damn shame if you don't get signed somewhere respectable. you've sent ur promos about? if not do so right away.

thanks for the nice comments. vocoder is mda talkbox as i was too lazy to use my microkorg... i agree about the snare, my whole album needs some reworking concerning overdone drum arrangements. i am shit at keeping things simpler when it goes for beats. but i want beats... the album actually should have been released but the label called it a day and only will release one more album and now let me down. i sent the demo quite a bit around but when you get an answer it is already great. i would love to see it released as vinyl and digital download, i think cds are not so good. what labels would you suggest to contact, maybe i asked the wrong ones... thanks for the feedback, it makes it easier to think about my music for me.
