--> It's the beginning of a track, and in a sense I feel it's also the beginning of a new musical sweet spot for myself.

Making this (albeit short and fragmented) thing was a completely smooth and enjoyable experience. Nothing of the frantic patch-editing mayhem that I usually go through.

love it. the title is kinda funny and ... er.. creepy.? ok.
well. it was a completely smooth and enjoyable experience to listen to as well.
sweet spot indeed. 45 seconds in the drums are great, but synth too low to hear.
love the pacing, groove, timing, arrangement and all the rest. lumber? xanax? wtf. lol

yeah, cool track. But if she's tough enough, she won't even need pain killers but perhaps the lube.
I agree about the synth volume. keep it up man, cool shiz.

Thanks!

About the title, I felt the track had a vibe of impending doom. As for the tags. Well, I wanted to squeeze "lumberjack" in there but it didn't fit. Also, JDG called my previous track "four on the floor on xanax", which was a genre name that I really liked.

you're on roll with the drugged out dance music.

yeah the title and song don't match so much, for me anyway.

My only complaint is that the beat isn't interesting enough to open up the song. That really understated synth that accompanies the beat is. I think it should be by itself. That's it. There's my complaint. Drug away. LOL@ 4 on the floor on xanax.

bump thump xanax bump thump 4x4 . . . oh. i get it from the last songs. lumberjack - lol

good sounds.
u should run with this vibe.
liking yer last track as well.

haa...
"lumber" was a phrase used in Glasgow to describe someone you went home with after a night out.
for example:
"wee jimmy got a lumber other night."

even on crappy speakers at my folks' place this sounds great.
the title doesn't do it justice. Just call it lumberjack, and enjoy your secret joke.

this is a whole new genre you got here.

you should do a whole album, keep the vibe really tight like this.

congrats!
