there's actually two lead singers, ray and roy varb. they're very particular about the levels of their voices.

ok stupid joke, fine. there's no band called "the varbs," it's all my stupid voice and stupider samples.

yes it's about john. we tried to have him produce something for me and ariel and he said "there are too many majors in this song!" (i have the conversation saved somewhere, it's hilarious) and then, i sat down to write this on john lennon's birthday, when the north koreans did that nuke test.

get it? all the chords in this song are major! HAHAH i Crack me up! and the synth solo of just major scales? major arpeggios?
