i'm pretty sure you can run audio through your 201, you should def do that with the res crarnked for some hot fart bass

this mix sounds like you got fatigued of the highs while you were making it and muffled stuff a bit.
always better to give the ears a break- like go listen to some other stuff/nothing and then mix it 45 minutes later.

I agree with Roshi, the lead is too "mystical".
The bass is funky, the beats are cool, but I do wish that synth were a bit different.
Here's what I'd do: remove all the ADSR envelopes and rerecord the synth fairly static and somewhat muted.
I'd record that as midi info as well, then load up the same sound and instead of controlling all that filtery sweepy stuff with the same ADSR envelope every single time, I'd control it with a little mod wheel, and a big LFO who's speed is controlled by another wheel. Then go crazy with the knobs and re-record all the same notes, but have all your mystical stuff on a seperate audio track. Give that lotsa reverb, cut out the bass, flange it.... do anything but have that lead synth engage the same sweeeeeeep every time. Then you are super-bootylicious.
