Love the electronic percussion mixed with the bass...very tricky and cool sounding.

Going to check out the full release...thanks!

has humour and style! id like a little more lofi sound to it, maybe sounding a bit more like it's recorded in a jamaican dub studio

anyways i´m getting my hands on that release

awesome

love this shit man.

thx!

fucking awesome rivel. you made my day!

ooh me rikey.

this.

full release is going straight on my mp3 player.

yes - agree with the humour and style comments - its got a personality - good work

would have liked the bass bigger and more compressed so it pumps a bit more - but overall its a great job done

thanks everyone for the positive feedback! some intresting comments,

dataplex - i think you have a good point about it having more of an analog feel like those old jamaican recordings. ive been messing with some ideas like that already! i should try some more or at least use that element in my music a bit more.

room - i am a bass fanatic. if you can believe it, the bass was a LOT louder in the original mix but i opted to lower its volume due to outside influence, but in the future i think i will stick with the uber bass that i love. also i am trying some other new compression tactics on my more recent tracks and i can tell a differance!

to everyone else, thanks for the response! and pawel, ive already sent demos to my rainforest coordinator

mmmmm, as a reggae ehad myself, this is an awesome record, upbeat, and groovy, but with a dubwise style that is very appealing. Good work.

cool combo of styles

Nice! Nice!
With the percussion versus the skittery buffer stuff, this has a great robo latino feel, with the reggae thrown in... i dunno what the end result is other than nice.
I esp. love the really thin meldodic synth that carries much of the tune... its so tiny and thin and almost not there, but its such a hook, its great. I love understated hooks.

let the bass swing low. this is great stuff!
