someone who i really think is smart told me that this song is lame....is that true? i dont want to believe them but if em411 says it lame too..i have no choice!
personally, im not too sure about the snare sounds/sequencing.
sp-505 for the sequencing, pss-680, piano horn, cello, bells, toy piano, jurassic park samples!!!

edit: in the end the rythm was nice
and i love stringed instruments
it had a pleasant dreamy feel

don't like the snare so much. I see its function, but maybe it would sound better replaced with just a plain 'click', or something more abstract? The electro-snare sounds out of place to me.
Like the melodies too.

no no no, not lame! and I'm sure the word 'lame' was not even mentioned!!!!!!!! i like the mix, and love the last half still most of all. cello sounds nice and softened things up a bit.

definatly lose that snare man. make the kalimba riff a little less repetitive and float in harmony with the strings and horns. even lose everything except the strings and horns and bells. clapping is cool. that kalimba really annoys me, especially because this sounds like it could be pretty awesome.
that's my opinion anyways

Music as I'm sure you know is subjective, some will think its crap
while others think it's a message from god. I like the feel you have here,
you could develop that melody abit more unless your going for more of a percussive sounds.
there's liek a part 2 section that just pops up and i mean, that one rocks dude. I mean
epic movie scene soundtrack stuff. As I say its towards teh end, like a whole nother section
but its the better part.
