--> I wanted the hedonistic bliss of trance mixed with the acidity of acid.

This is the result of my first attempt.

hey really not bad. my favourites is are the 303 line and hihat rythm. those lead synth could be more present & powerful cutting

oh and that picture makes me want to go down to the basement and smash my head in with an iron hammer but nevermind

I like it, reminds me of giorgio moroder back in the seventees, rad.

likes.
comment: there's thump, there's some low grumble bass. there are some lovely arpeggiated/uber-timbral highs.
listen with one thing in mind "where are my mids"? and you'll hear what i'm trying to say.
try adding an instrument in the middle. not complaints, because I like the ethereal qualities here.
cheers!
oopsssss-edit: mispelled timbre

this is dope sutherland

go get some money and women now

you fucking sellout

lol
jk

did you like the process of making this? if so, maybe you found yrself

I enjoyed the fuck out of making it, yes. I'm really starting to dig techno lately. I new chapter of my music life is beginning.

The hills are alive with the sound of... hedonism.

I need to make it more droney/noisey though. With this track, I tried to stick to simple synthesizers and 909 samples. I'm not sure if I want to limit my sound palette, or if I should broaden and be "next level".
To Luke Vibert or not to Luke Vibert.
yah dood.
make the snare cut a bit more.
and cool if there was more subtle evolution of the synfs.

and by subtle evoluxtion i mean.. make it subtly evolve.

That's what I had in mind, but I arranged it hastily...

doep.
your on it.

yessssss, its not obnoxiously loud...and i must applaud that.

This is duope. I agree with your "more dronely/noisy" assesment. also, make those offbeat lead hits cut more, they have to cut rhythmically but as far as a choice of notes, more consonant.

like the track a lot. its as enjoyable as it is technically interesting (as in technique).

this made me giggle. that's a good thing.
